Host a vending machine. We cover the cost.
If you own or manage a space in Greater Sydney — an office, an apartment building, a gym, a workshop — we will place a vending machine there free of charge, stock it, service it, and pay you a share of every sale.
A dead corner, earning its keep.
Rose Ventures supplies, delivers, installs, stocks and services a vending machine in your venue at no cost to you. You provide roughly one square metre of floor space and a power outlet. You earn a share of every sale. There is no lock-in — if it is not working, we take it away.
Most vending offers ask you for something up front: buy the machine, guarantee a volume, sign a term. We do it the other way around. We carry the machine, the stock and the risk, because we are the ones who can do something about whether it sells. Your side of the deal is a bit of floor space.
The reason this works is simple: we only make money if the machine makes money. That is a better guarantee of good service than anything we could write on this page. A machine that sits empty costs us, not you.
The whole deal, in two columns.
We do this
- Buy the machine and deliver it to you
- Install it and set it up
- Buy and own the stock inside it
- Restock it on a schedule that suits your site
- Service it, and fix it when it breaks
- Handle the payments and the cash
- Carry the risk if it does not sell
You do this
- Give us about a square metre of floor space
- Let us plug into a standard power outlet
- Take a share of every sale
That is the entire list. You do not stock it, handle cash, chase suppliers or fix anything. If you find yourself doing any of those, we have got the deal wrong.
From a phone call to a working machine.
Four steps, and the first three cost you nothing. Most venues go from first call to a machine on the floor inside a few weeks, depending on how quickly the right machine can be sourced.
You get in touch
Tell us where the space is and roughly how many people pass it in a day.
We look at the site
We visit, check the spot and the power, and tell you honestly whether it will earn.
We agree the split
Your share of sales is agreed and written down before anything is installed.
We install and stock it
The machine arrives, we fill it, and from then on it is ours to look after.
Somewhere the same people walk past every day.
Vending works when the same people pass the same spot repeatedly — a lobby, a break room, a gym floor. It does not work in a space people visit once. If your venue is not right for it, we will tell you so rather than install a machine that will not earn either of us anything.
Greater Sydney only — and that is on purpose.
Vending is the one thing we do that is Sydney-only. Machines have to be restocked and repaired in person, and we are not willing to promise a service level we cannot physically drive to. Our cards, software and AI work is available Australia-wide.
The things people actually ask.
Is the vending machine really free for the host?
Yes. We buy the machine, deliver it, install it, fill it and service it. You pay nothing up front and nothing ongoing. We carry the cost of the machine and the stock, and we earn from sales — you earn a share of every sale.
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but there is an incentive worth understanding. We only make money if the machine sells. That means it's in our interest to stock it well, keep it full, and put it somewhere people actually walk past. A machine nobody uses costs us money, not you.
What do I need to provide?
Two things: about a square metre of floor space against a wall, and a standard power outlet within reach. That's the whole obligation. You don't stock the machine, handle cash, fix it, or deal with suppliers.
How much will I earn?
You earn a share of every sale, agreed with you before anything is installed. We don't publish a single percentage, because it honestly depends on the venue — foot traffic, hours, and what the machine will realistically sell. Whatever we agree is written down before the machine arrives.
Where in Sydney do you place machines?
Across Greater Sydney. This is the one service we deliberately keep local — machines need restocking and servicing in person, and we won't promise a service level we can't physically deliver.
What kinds of venues work?
Offices, apartment and residential buildings, gyms, workshops, warehouses and shops. The common factor is a reliable flow of the same people past the same spot. If your venue isn't a good fit, we'll tell you rather than install a machine that won't earn.
Who restocks and repairs it?
We do, at our cost. We watch what's selling, restock on a schedule that suits your site, and handle any fault. If it breaks, it's our problem.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. If hosting the machine isn't working out, we take it away. A host who wants the machine gone is a host whose venue wasn't right for it — there's nothing to gain by making that difficult.
We're looking forward to working with you.
