roseventures.com.au is operated by Rose Brothers Ventures Group (ABN 28 770 805 450), trading as Rose Ventures, of Sydney, NSW, Australia. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Rose Ventures, and "you" means anyone using this website.

The website is information, not an offer

The descriptions on this site — including our vending, card wholesale, software and AI pages — describe how we generally work. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not form a contract. The actual terms of any engagement are the ones we agree with you in writing. Where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

In particular, the revenue share for hosting a vending machine is agreed per site, in writing, before a machine is installed. Nothing on the vending page commits either of us to a number.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and we have deliberately avoided claims we cannot stand behind. Even so, things change — a service may be updated, a collection may sell out. We do not warrant that everything here is complete or current at every moment, and we may change the site without notice.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the contact form to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site
• Scrape or reuse our card designs, images or written content commercially without our permission

Automated crawling for search engines and AI assistants is welcome — see our robots.txt and llms.txt, which set out what we allow.

Intellectual property

The Rose Ventures name and marks, the card designs, the photography and the written content on this site belong to us. You are welcome to link to us, quote us and cite us. You are not welcome to resell our designs as your own.

This site links to our card shop at shop.roseventures.com.au and occasionally to other sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this website — as above, the terms of any actual work between us are the ones we agree in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
