Engagements are fixed-price, day rate or retainer — whichever suits the work. There is no published price list, because the honest answer depends on what you need.

For work with a clear edge to it. You know what it costs before we start, and that number is ours to hit, not yours.
Day rate
For when the problem is not fully mapped yet. Useful when you need someone to think, not just to type.
Retainer
For the long haul. Software that nobody maintains rots, and most of the value shows up after launch.
Whatever we build is yours. We will not hold your code hostage to keep you on a retainer — you can take it elsewhere whenever you like.

Do you build online stores?
Yes — from a simple shop for an existing business through to a custom storefront with stock, payments and shipping wired into how you already run. We run our own card shop on the same footing, so the problems are familiar ones.
How do you price a project?
Fixed price for well-defined work, a day rate for exploratory or advisory work, or a retainer for ongoing support. We don't publish a price list because the honest answer depends on what you need. Tell us the problem and we'll tell you what it takes.
Who actually does the work?
We do. You deal directly with the people who own the outcome — there's no handover to a junior after the pitch, because there's no pitch team. It's the main reason to choose a shop this size over an agency.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes — software and AI work is available anywhere in Australia. Only our vending machines are Greater Sydney only, because those need servicing in person.
What happens after launch?
Software nobody maintains rots, so we'd rather stay involved on a retainer. But we won't hold your code hostage to make that happen: what we build is yours, and you can take it elsewhere.
Can you automate a manual process?
Usually — and it's often the fastest return available. If someone in your business spends a day a week copying data between systems, chasing forms or re-keying orders, that's a well-defined problem with a well-defined fix.
